Connor T.

Vigil Honor

Connor Tsai is a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient from Tiwahe Lodge. Prior to being elected as Section Chief, Connor has served as the Section Secretary, Section Communications CVC, and Lodge Vice Chief. As an Arrowmen, he has attended NOAC in 2022 and staff in 2024 as well as the National Jamboree in 2023 as a participant. In his free time, Connor enjoys camping, scuba diving, and running. Connor is thrilled for the opportunity to develop the section leadership and support our lodges throughout the year. He is especially excited to see all of our Arrowmen at Conclave at Camp Geronimo in October.

Section Vice Chief

Payson H.

Brotherhood Honor

Payson Horsinka is a Brotherhood member from Papago Lodge. Before he was elected as Section Vice Chief he was the Lodge Chief of Papago Lodge and was previously the Treasurer. He attended the 2024 NOAC as well as the 2023 National Jamboree. Payson is currently a Junior in high school and is taking 7 Advanced Placement classes. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and playing card games with them late at night. Payson is very excited to be able to meet arrowman throughout our section and help foster fellowship and brotherhood within our section. He is looking forward to seeing our arrowman at Conclave at Camp Geronimo this fall.

Josh Licht

Vigil Honor

Josh Licht is a Vigil Honor Member of Tiwahe Lodge. In addition to serving as the 2025 Section G13W Secretary, he also represents his lodge as the 2024-2025 Tiwahe Lodge Chief. As a Scout Josh has attended the 2023 National Jamboree and the 2024 NOAC as participants. Beyond Scouting, he is active and a youth leader in his religious community. In his free time Josh enjoys lifting, throwing shotput and discus, and watching football.

Bob Dixon

Vigil Honor

Bob Dixon was an Associate Section Adviser for three years prior to being appointed to the position of Section Adviser. Bob has also been the Tiwahe Lodge adviser.
