Connor T.

Vigil Honor

aConnor Tsai is a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient from Tiwahe Lodge. Prior to being elected as Section Chief, Connor has served as the Section Secretary, Section Communications CVC, and Lodge Vice Chief. As an Arrowman, he has attended NOAC in 2022 and staff in 2024 as well as the National Jamboree in 2023 as a participant. In his free time, Connor enjoys camping, scuba diving, and running. Connor is thrilled for the opportunity to develop the section leadership and support our lodges throughout the year. He is especially excited to see all of our Arrowmen at the 2026 Conclave next October.

Mayzie Richins

Vigil Honor

Mayzie Richins is a Vigil Honor member from Wipala Wiki Lodge and Scout of the Year recipient for her council in 2024. Prior to being elected as Section Vice Chief, Mayzie has served as Section Communications CVC, Chapter Chief, and Lodge Secretary. As an Arrowman, she has attended NOAC in 2022 and 2024 as a participant. In her free time, Mayzie enjoys art, crafting, and video games. Mayzie is excited to get to know other lodges in the section and to build strong leadership for the upcoming conclave.

Emelia M.

Brotherhood Honor

Emelia McDonald is a Brotherhood Honor member and an Ala Award recipient from Nebagamon Lodge. Prior to being elected as Section Secretary, Emelia has served as Section Trainings CVC, Vice Chief of Ceremonies, and Lodge Chief. As an Arrowman she has attended NOAC in 2024 as a participant. In her free time, Emelia enjoys hiking, reading, and learning new skills. Emelia is eager for the opportunity to build connections and expand communication between lodges and to enhance the section’s social media.

Section Adviser

Mike Camarillo

Vigil Honor

Mike Camarillo was a G13W Associate Section Adviser prior to being appointed to the position of Section Adviser. Mike has served as an Associate Chapter Adviser, Associate Lodge Adviser, and Lodge Adviser for Wipala Wiki Lodge. He received his Vigil Honor Member from Chee Dodge Lodge #503. As a youth he earned the rank of Eagle, served as Chapter Chief, and Lodge Vice Chief.
