- I will at all times while in attendance of this Conclave observe the Scout Oath, the Scout Law, the Outdoor Code and the Order of the Arrow Obligation as the Law of the Conclave.
- I will wear the complete Boy Scout or Venturer field uniform at all times when appropriate. I will also bear the proper OA insignia to include the official OA sash and lodge identification when in uniform.
- I will, as a Conclave participant, attend all general sessions and assemblies called by the Section or my lodge.
- I understand that items such as alcoholic beverages, dangerous and/or illegal substances, firearms, and fireworks may not be purchased, possessed or used at this Conclave. I also understand that gambling activities and open fires are also prohibited while I am in attendance at this Conclave and that an infraction of this regulation by anyone, Scout or Scouter, is cause for immediate dismissal from the Conclave.
- I will refrain from smoking if I am under 18 years of age. If over 18, I understand I cannot smoke on school property.
- I will refrain from leaving the Conclave site without permission and will not enter any restricted areas.
- I will confine trading and swapping of patches to appropriate locations, and then only during free time.
- I will observe quiet time in between “lights out” and “breakfast”.
- I will park in designated areas only.
- I understand that I – not the Grand Canyon Council, my lodge, the host lodge, or the Section – am solely responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss of property.
- I will at all times be a considerate guest of our gracious host, Wipila Wiki Lodge and the Camp Geronimo.
